Employee Lunch Event

D. Maldari & Sons has created an “Employee Lunch Event”. We will be getting together at a long table once a month to sit and talk about what has been going on all month. At the lunch employees can share their experiences, opinions and suggestions with each other and management. Employees from every area of the company will be participating in these lunches. After the lunch we will be announcing the employee of the month. The employee of the month receives a $150.00 American Express gift check and will pick the menu for the next month’s lunch. The first company lunch was held on Tuesday July 28^th.

November Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for November, 2011 is Elliot Vigo. This is Elliot’s 4th win this year. Elliot has worked hard this month keeping up with all of the CNC machines that he operates. He continues to learn and is very focused on his work. Way to go Elliott!

October Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for October 2011 is Gennady Baklykov. This is his second win in a row and a trifecta on the year. Gennady has continued to perform at a top level. He continues to learn new things and is great to work with. Congratulations!!

September Employee of the Month

The employee of the month award for September 2011 is Gennady Baklykov. This is Gennady’s second employee of the month award and second this year. He has been working hard in our CNC department and has really excelled. Gennady has been paying careful attention to all details of his job and it has shown in his work. Keep us the good work!!

August Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for August 2011 is Elliot Vigo. This is Elliot’s 3rd win this year and 2nd in a row. Elliot continues to show pride for his work and is a true team player. His attitude is excellent and is a pleasure to work with.

Elliot picked “John’s Deli” Famous for their Roast Beef sandwiches and home made gravy.

July Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for July 2011 is Elliot Vigo. This is Elliot’s 2nd win this year. Elliot had a great month of perfect attendance and no errors. His work ethic was one of caring and concern which shows through on his work.

June Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for June 2011 was Vladislav Moshkov. Vlad is a steady employee. He completes his work efficiently with outstanding knowledge of the job. Vlad is a multiple winner of the employee of the month and has won the award 2 times so far this year.

He has chosen “White Castle” for the July lunch. It should be an interesting lunch.

May Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for May, 2011 is Mario Rizzuto. Mario is a multiple employee of the month winner. He continues to work diligently in our CNC department. Mario is very concerned with communicating before jobs are started to insure that jobs are manufactured properly. He has a pleasant attitude and is always great to work with. Mario is a man who knows what he wants.

April Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for April 2011 is Elliot Vigo. Elliot has been with the company since 1998. Elliot is in charge of the CNC milling and lathe department. Elliot’s work in April has been great. He was very focused on the quality of his work as well as producing at a high level. Elliot is great to work with. He has chosen Spanish food for the May lunch.

March Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for March 2011 was Gennady Baklykov. Gennady has been working for D. Maldari & Sons since August of 2008. This is his first employee of the month award. Gennady has worked in several areas in the past 3 years but has been in the CNC department since late 2010. His work in March was excellent. He is a very conscientious worker. Gennady is a pleasure to work with.

February Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for February 2011 was Vladislav Moshkov Vlad is a multiple recipient of the employee of the month award. He worked hard and had an error free month. His attitude continues to be great. Vlad is a thinker who keeps ahead of the game.

January Employee of the Month

The employee of the month for January, 2011 is Mario Rizzuto. Mario works in our CNC department. He has been with the company since December of 2008. Mario has emerged as not only a hard worker eager to learn but has shown a desire to focus on expediting job deliveries. This month Mario trained a co worker Gennady Baklykov on the CNC machines and has acknowledged and commended Gennady for his progress. This is the kind of positive thinking that we are promoting at D. maldari & Sons. Keep up the good work Mario.

December Employee of the Month

The winner of the employee of the month for December is Antonio Marzella. Tony works in many areas but his focus is installing inserts into dies. This must be performed properly in order for the knife to cut the pasta properly. Tony focused on meeting customer deliveries while maintaining the highest quality of work. Thank you for your good work Tony!
